Background

Dick Morrill attended art schools in Boston and New York followed by a career in the visual arts, including teaching at Pratt, Parsons and Suny while also directing a number of student programs abroad. He currently spends full time in his studio.

Statement

Talent, skills and a knack for gimmickry are not enough. Constant practice and visual inquiry will in the end determine the worth of one's work.
